- Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in digital design, with at least 3 years of specialized experience in Smart Design.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe products, with a keen eye for design.
- Excellent project management and technical delivery skills, with a drive for excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and cultures.
- Innovative and forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for driving growth and unlocking opportunities for clients.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects at scale and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Ability to work with agility and adapt to changing client needs.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a desire to contribute to the growth and development of the team.
- Experience in business development for smart building design, with a proven track record of driving sales and meeting revenue targets
