Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and craft high-quality video and photo content across various formats (e.g., product demos, explainer videos, social media videos, lifestyle photography, event photography).
- Tailor content to specific platforms and audiences, ensuring optimal reach and engagement.
- Manage all aspects of the production process, from pre-production planning (storyboarding, shot lists) to filming/photography and post-production editing.
- Operate professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software.
- Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of video and photography equipment.
- Track content performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with social media managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest content creation trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Experience/Certificates/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography, Media Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in video and/or photography content creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high-quality video and photo content.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for composition and lighting.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Knowledge of video and photography equipment and lighting.
- Solid understanding of basic cinematography and photography principles.
- Experience with pre-production planning and storyboarding (a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- A passion for visual storytelling and a desire to push creative boundaries.
- Proficiency and understanding of AI tools for visual content.
