Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC, CFE) preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in GRC, compliance, risk management, or internal audit roles within the manufacturing or steel industry.
- IAM principles experience
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices relevant to the manufacturing/steel sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and assess risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor compliance effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in GRC software tools and systems for risk assessment, compliance monitoring, and incident management.
