What’s On Your Plate?
- Manage and coordinate all Procurement related requirements through the defined procurement process.
- Ensure to manage Procurement Budget through weekly and monthly Procurement Report and Dashboard.
- To maintain the correct resource (equipment/facilities/materials/services) Inventory for respective location.
- Negotiate and take decision with supplier for the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
- Working closely with Finance team and local suppliers to procure the correct requirement as per company policy from multiple sources at competitive prices.
- Responding to all local procurement and supply enquiries regularly via all communication channels, including in person.
- Raising purchase orders for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies.
- Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and ensure that the products and supplies with high quality standards
- Execute and ensure appropriate procurement processes and policies are in place
- Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
- To support the procurement process enhancement with new system or technologies
What you need to be successful
What Did We Order?
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and ERP systems
- 3-5 years’ Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical skills to ensure both short- and long-term business goals, objectives, and targets are met
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and precise attention to detail
- Ability to work with management and staff at all levels
