Quickly understand the business issues and challenges of Projects & Commercial operations; identify strengths/weaknesses and suggest areas for improvement
Understand at important level of detail the business and all KPIs in the specific countries of focus
Develops tools to set new robust processes, which will help to drive business and qualitative insights from local operations
Conduct quantitative complex analysis requiring data retrieval that results in conclusions and recommendations to move the projects forward.
Support operations for country teams to have all required tools to meet the operational improvements metrics. Provides guidance when it's needed, and creates tools and processes that drives improvement on scale
Own, drive and build required reporting infrastructure to support ongoing use, improvement and optimization of core processes through automations
Collaborate on critical operational excellence projects through analysis and recommendations
Ability to assess the issues with a process, collect feedback, build a framework and work cross-functionally to solve problems.
Identify process automation/improvement opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives
Determine business needs and scalable solutions to solve process issues through observation and analysis
