Conduct comprehensive analysis of the overall customer/vendor funnel to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Analyze vendor performance and identify opportunity areas for optimizing their performance
Ideate and outline sales strategy to achieve objectives and revenue targets
Access to a large pool of business data and would be required to distill insights; effectively translate data into actionable insights and communicate them to key stakeholders and senior leadership
Monitor and analyze competitors' activities, including product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning
Prepare and deliver business presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, summarizing key findings, insights, and recommendations
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to streamline payout processes and resolve any discrepancies
Be the gatekeeper on product experience and monitor customer experience; set up safeguards to intervene when customer experience is compromised
Continuously look into improving business processes across several functions
