Our Concierge is responsible for providing luxury service to customers by coordinating and facilitating the collection and delivery of the customers’ selected items with the sales team
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to sales staff with various tasks where necessary
- Regularly keeping sales staff appraised on status of customer purchases and packages
- Effectively and efficiently support operations flow with sales team and cashiers for transfer of customer merchandise from counter to customers’ desired mode of transport/delivery
- Welcome and greet customers’ professionally, exuding that luxury experience, guiding them to their desired location
- Assist customers in offering a complete concierge service including; attentive and warm approach, delivery and collections of goods purchased, carrying of goods to required modes of transport, including main point of contact for outsourced delivery companies
- Ensure services provided are in line with SOP
- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfactory customer shopping experience
- Provide first line of service for customer service calls and complaints and efficiently identify the query or problem and connect the client with the appropriate member of staff to solve it
