Job Description
We are looking for a "CONTRACT / MICE MANAGER " for our client who is an international travel agency located in the GCC Region. They are dedicated to delivering high quality services for every individual and corporates with their personal insights & thorough knowledge of the industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Establishing good relations with hotels and getting special prices for inbound requests ( for GCCMENACISASIAN markets ) with the DMC Contracts
Negotiating and contracting of rates special offers allocation release periods overrides terms conditions for hotels selfcatering or serviced apartments ensuring the best available rates and availability.
Analyzing the product of our different competitors to ensure our best rates for the multiple source market.
Managing company online portals and their integration with global service providers
Managing all process of FIT and luxury travel arrangements
Managing big events mice organizations with the hotels and operation team
Analyzing weekly product/sales reports to identify market trends and revenue/room night s sales growth opportunities
Analyzing opportunities for opening of new destinations.
Coordinating with the team for loading periodical updating of the contracts with the inventory management
Understanding of various means of hotel distribution including channel managers dynamic connectivity extranet etc.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with Global Travel/Destination Management Companies in the UAE Region.
Must have strong relationship with the leading hotels and international hotel chains in UAE.
Must have experience on hotel online portals global hotel online providers and their integration process.
Must have knowledge and management experience in mice organizations
Should have the ability to confidently build strong relationships with key accounts
Should be capable of efficiently manage a focused contracting team.
Excellent Communication and negotiation skills with the hotels and the service providers for the fleets tours / activities attractions etc in UAE.
Bachelor s Degree is must
Fluent in English plus Russian or Arabic.
