Requirements

• 2 years of proven experience in financial analysis research or investment management preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to source and interpret complex data and trends
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets blockchain technology and DeFi
• The ability to write longform research about complex narratives and ideas in a way that is clear cohesive accurate and can be understood by a broad audience.
• Familiarity with all of the tools in the industry that are available to support you in the research process.
• Passion for innovation and a willingness to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving industry.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.
