Ensure compliance and accuracy of Human Resources & General Administration Department activities
in accordance with company policies and procedures
Support Human Resources and General Administration team members in other related activities.
General
Maintain Time & Attendance records of all associates.
Maintain employee records of all associates and ensure accurate and timely updates as and when
required.
Handle the reception area by welcoming guests and managing calls
Handle all couriers related to the company.
Participate & support in implementing associate relations activities and strategies.
Medical Insurance and Travel agency coordination for associate requirements.
Air ticket and Visa arrangements for associate travel requirement
Payroll and Overtime processing in due time.
Administration and Facility supplier coordination.
Other Prepare NOC letters and other related documentation.
Leave records management for all associates
Apply for a new visa renew residence visa JAFZA certificates etc under JAFZA portal.

Reporting
Weekly / Monthly reporting on supplier invoices and payments
Monthly reporting on leave consumption payroll and attendance.
Weekly / Monthly reporting on Employee requests and Employee records updates (incl. residency
visa status) and target achievement
Monthly PDCA for business improvement

Timely update of reports associate records and database
Zero errors in payroll processing
Timely meeting the associate service requests.
No delays in invoices approvals and submission supplier payments activities implementation
Background & Qualification:
Minimum Graduate with 46 years experience Human Resources or Administrationrelated area.
