Job Description
- Analyzes customer business requirements and product objectives to develop and ensure that the solution and design in ServiceNow meet customer specifications and expectations.
- Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow, administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, and custom application development
- Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues related to DP World's IT Service Management.
- Identify the gaps of DP World's ITSM instance and recommend / provide solutions
- Follow and implement the best practices of ITSM around development, change release deployments, integration etc.
- Perform proper and in-depth analysis to ensure business continuity when deploying new changes to ITSM's environment.
- Closely collaborate with ServiceNow product team to ensure that DP World's ITSM is up to date in terms of product developments/releases.
- Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to potential users and existing customers within DP World and its sub entities
- Design, implement, test, deploy and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security.
- Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all of the team deliverables.
- Write high quality distributed system software.
