Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers face to face. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.
We are currently looking for Kiosk Advisors to join our team who will be representing an exciting new client, a State Based Government Contract based in Brisbane providing support to everyday Australians.
Located at an existing location in Brisbane, you will be the friendly face customers see when they are needing general assistance. As a representative for our esteemed government client, we are wanting to ensure all customers are provided with a positive, professional and personalised customer experience.
