Learning and Development Senior Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Senior Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing training programs that align with the companys goals and objectives. You will play a key role in enhancing the knowledge skills and abilities of our employees ultimately contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement learning and development strategies that support the companys objectives
Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the organization
Design and deliver training programs through various platforms including classroom sessions elearning and workshops
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials and resources
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement
Partner with HR and management to identify and address performance issues through targeted training interventions
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development to continuously enhance the companys training offerings
Manage and track training budgets and provide regular reports to stakeholders
Mentor and coach junior members of the learning and development team

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs for diverse audiences
Excellent presentation facilitation and communication skills
Proficient in learning management systems and elearning tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
Professional certification in learning and development (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
