- Execute the programs & process for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and reporting of key risk related to NMDC.
- Assist the Management System Manager in preparation of quarterly reports on risk management for updates to the QHSE manager.
- Prepare the CRM dashboard for review by the QHSE Manager.
- Attend periodic Risk Assessment for major Projects, changes in operation etc.
- Evaluation of mitigating measures.
- Ensure risk monitoring and reporting , records devisions/action plans regarding risk mitigation for risks and effectiveness.
- Ensure the risk Management training is conducted at appropriate level within Departments to cultivate a risk management culture.
- Assist Management System Manager in preparation of CRM reports to be presented to Management.
- Assist the Management System Manager in conducting risk interviews with Division and Departments and update risk register.
- Assist the Risk Owners in documentation related to CRM matters ( including risk registers, risk tracker, escalation of risk etc.)
- Analyze risk information and producing risk reporting.
- Maintain CRM related documentation including risk registers, risk trackers, risk escalation etc.
- Participate in the QHSE Internal Audit process.
- Continually improve Risk Management activities.
