Job Description
- Prepares timely and accurate periodic VAT Returns,
- Perform VAT and tax related accounts reconciliations, and VAT Refund application as they are available.
- Support External, Tax, Internal audits and ICV Certifications
- Perform timely and accurate periodic SOX reporting, Walkthroughs in accordance with NOV Accounting Control Manual
- Periodic review of Balance Sheet Accounts and perform quality check on balance sheet reconciliations,
- Ensure timely and accurate periodic reporting
- Support Finance Shared Service team in case of issues, escalations, accounting adjustments
- Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to assess risks and due diligence for safeguarding resources
- Identify opportunities for automation to enhance productivity
- Highlight opportunities to enhance efficiency
- Implement best practices and standardize processes across ME ledgers
- Attend various ad-hoc request
