Operate CNC Router

• Enter dimensions in CNC Router from blueprint.
• Initiate CNC Router using start button.
• Move sheet board onto Router using vacuum lifter.
• Stack cut wood on rolling cart.
• Move pallet of wood next to vacuum lifter
  

Monitor work environment

• Check equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Maintain established safety rules and regulations.
• Discard s would in appropriate bin.
• Dispose of s pieces into disposal bin.
• Disassemble 4X4 pallet and cardboard
• Remove completed materials from cutting or slicing machines.
• Clean off workspace using compressed air.
• Communicate with maintenance staff for major maintenance issues.
  

Prepare last finishes on wood for other departments

• Smooth wood using sander.
• Inspect final wood piece for defects.
• Stack finished wood panel on rolling cart.
• Transport finished materials to other departments using rolling cart.
• Perform final touch-ups with sandpaper.
• Complete work order reports using pen or pencil.

Production and processing - knowledge of woodworking, stain, sand, paint, lacquer, raw materials, the production process, quality control, costs

Controlling machines and processes - using control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes (not computers or vehicles)
