Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise dietitians and nutritionists in the development and implementation of nutrition plans for clients.
Provide guidance and support to staff on complex cases and dietary issues.
Review and analyze client progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in the provision of nutrition services.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support for clients.
Stay current on developments in the field of nutrition and update staff on best practices.
Manage budget and resources effectively to meet department goals.
