Compliance Lead Program Management

• To develop compliance management framework to support the organization in identifying all regulatory requirements across operating jurisdiction.
• Develop and implement an effective legal compliance program covering all business operations.
• Develop and lead internal policy development framework. Assist in developing and updating organization policies.
• To ensure that operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal requirements and internal policies.
• Support evaluation of business activities to assess compliance risks.
• Facilitate and support respective functions to develop control procedures to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Promote and maintain the company's ethical standards, code of conduct and other policies.
• Coordinating and working with functional compliance leads to develop, review, and monitor compliances.
• Develop & implement employee compliance training programs. Ensure all employees are aware & trained in compliance with requirements.
• Support management in ongoing monitoring of compliance requirements.
• Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation.
• Keep abreast of change in regulatory landscape, internal standards and business goals.

Attributes:

• 10-15 years of experience either in Compliance Function or in Risk & Compliance consulting profile.
• Professional Qualification in law, finance, business administration
• Professional Certification in compliance is preferable.
• Knowledge of legal requirements and controls
• Industry experience will be an advantage.
