Patient Coordination:Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal use of resources.
Communicate with medical staff to address patient needs and preferences.
Provide information about pre-appointment requirements and instructions to patients.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Generate reports on patient interactions and sales performance as required.
Customer Service:Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve patient issues promptly.
Collaboration:Work closely with the admissions team to facilitate smooth patient admissions.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate medical information to patients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
