Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a team of stewards in daily operations
Train and mentor new stewards on proper procedures and protocols
Ensure cleanliness and organization of all dining areas
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies
Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations
Handle guest complaints and provide resolutions
Schedule shifts and assign tasks to stewards
Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to stewards
