We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Corporate Associate to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid or remote capacity, blending the best of both worlds to provide exceptional legal services to our clients. Very client-facing role with a focus on corporate restructuring, equity swaps, roll up agreements, and most general contracts that will come up. This position offers the chance to work on challenging and fun legal issues, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Personality that loves client-facing work with folks in the hospitality industry, with focus on IQ and EQ.
• Must have 3-5+ years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on corporate restructuring, contracts, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex legal concepts to clients.
• Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable terms for our clients.
• The ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients.
