- Developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Designing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and learning resources.
- Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Managing relationships with external training vendors and consultants
The Successful Applicant
To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience;
- Atleast 5 years in a training role within the luxury industry, ideally atleast 3 years in Watch & Jewellery.
- Ability to build strategic training programmes and strong communication skills to execute training programmes.
- High level of attention to detail, given the maison's positioning in the market.
- Willing to travel across MEA.
