Job Description
- Lead the consolidation process for the group's financial statements, integrating data from multiple entities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and executive leadership, to gather relevant financial data and ensure accurate consolidation.
The Successful Applicant
- UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consolidation for a group or holding company with multiple entities.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
