Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quantity Engineering, Law and Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent degrees from an accredited university
At least 17+ years of contract management experience in a position that includes taking responsibility for contract management on large projects and the ability to prepare, manage and supervise all types of contracts, whether contracts for studies, supervision, supply, design or implementation and operation for all phases of the project, whether Agreements in the government contract system and procurement system or in the contract system used globally.
Direct experience in managing pressure distribution, implementation, business administration, contract formulation and administration, collecting and receiving requests for bids, evaluating bids and awards, monitoring contractor performance and cost recovery, and settling claims and disputes. Technical and managerial knowledge of engineering/construction practices, sites, government procurement practices, commercial aspects, policies, procedures and business practices
Proven experience in pricing, contract systems, contract drafting and administration, change order negotiation, effective correspondence, planning and scheduling. Comprehensive knowledge in handling and managing large agreements, sub-contracts, site implementation office, field procedures and documents related to construction projects in various fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
