• Develop and implement evaluation plans to assess the effectiveness of educational programs, policies, and procedures
  
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to program effectiveness, including student outcomes, program quality, and stakeholder feedback
  
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing evaluation data for internal and external stakeholders
  
• Provide data-driven recommendations for program improvement and assist in the implementation of those recommendations
  
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to ensure evaluation plans are aligned with institutional goals and priorities
  
• Participate in program and institutional review and revision processes
  
• Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in program evaluation practices and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in education, evaluation, or a related field
  
• 3+ years of experience in program evaluation or a related field
  
• Knowledge of evaluation theory, methodology, and best practices
  
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretation
  
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Familiarity with accreditation requirements and evaluation regulations
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
