Job Description

- Undertake a B2B customer journey mapping exercise and identify gaps to fill in from B2B Marketing.
- Offer copy and content creation support for B2B Communications.
- Review B2B Marketing assets and share recommendations to improve the available tools
- Develop and maintain relationships with key B2B stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Support, Data, PR and others.
- Track and report key performance indicators for ongoing initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to ensure marketing strategies align with current market conditions.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and tools applicable to B2B marketing.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience
