Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality primary healthcare services to individuals and families of all ages
• Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with patients, ensuring continuity of care
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute and chronic conditions commonly seen in family medicine
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and make referrals to specialists when necessary
• Promote preventive care through education on healthy lifestyles and disease prevention
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress for chronic conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research, advancements, and best practices in family medicine
  

Requirements

• Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Family Medicine Specialist/Consultant
• Completion of a recognized family medicine residency program
• Proven experience in providing primary care to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices in family medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to care
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to diagnose and address complex medical issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
