Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the broker channel.
  2. Identify, prospect, and onboard new brokers to expand our distribution network and market reach.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with existing brokers to drive retention and increase sales opportunities.
  4. Provide product training and support to brokers to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell our health insurance offerings.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and underwriting, to address broker needs and drive product enhancements.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the health insurance market.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to brokers and internal stakeholders as needed.
  8. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
  9. Resolve broker inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our brand and expand our network.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the health insurance or related industry.
  3. Strong understanding of health insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Experience working with brokers and managing broker relationships is highly desirable.
  5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others effectively.
  6. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  7. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  10. Fluency in French and English language.
