Job Description

Job Description

  • Coordinate new regulation pre-publish phase deployment and feedback between QA, manufacturing site and CSAR steering team.
  • Develop working procedure, work with Beauty sector QAs and site QAs to ensure ongoing execution excellence regarding to regulation requirement.
  • Coordinate and follow through on identified vulnerability item action plans.
  • Follow regulation capability building master plan to build training matrix, training material, training method, and implement with multi-functions.
  • Implement external engagement per aligned strategy.
  • Assist manufacturing site external audit based on needs.

Qualifications

  • Quality or Regulatory Experience: Have experience in QA function (site, category, or platform) or experience related to CSAR (GPS, Legal, Beauty PS with CSAR handling experience) in the past.
  • CSAR Knowledge: familiar with CSAR requirement, ability to gather data internally and externally.
  • Ability to leverage internal and external resources, with strong sense of disciplined.
  • Proficient English speaking and writing; outstanding Chinese document writing.
