Job Description: We are looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in the FastMoving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the oil and fats industry with a focus on driving financial strategies and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth and profitability goals.
- Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management for decisionmaking.
- Manage financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial standards.
- Lead financial risk management and mitigation efforts.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive crossfunctional initiatives and support business objectives.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders including investors financial institutions and regulatory bodies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of the oil and fats business with experience in the Middle East Southeast Asia (SEA) and Africa regions.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving financial performance and growth.
- Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with financial regulations compliance standards and risk management practices.
