- Possess over 7 years experience in a similar Employee Relations role.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of UAE labor laws and best practices in employee relations.
- Excel at conflict resolution mediation and communication ensuring fair and objective outcomes.
- Are a datadriven and analytical thinker adept at identifying and implementing process improvements.
