Main responsibilities consist of the following:
- Single point of contact for E-business for customers, partners, sales & order management
- Act as user administrator for the E-business platform
- Onboarding of new E-business customers and maintaining user data base
- Training for customers on E-business platform
- Administration of master data (materials, price, customer discounts, etc.) and ensuring the data quality in SAP, PMD, Industry MA or similar E-business platforms
- Error resolving / Troubleshooting for the E-business platform
- Together with IT ensuring dataflow between the E-business platform and the ERP system
- Performing data quality checks
- Reporting of E-business usage to management and to the sales organization
- Work with sales on increasing the E-business portion
- Analysis of customers and potentials
- Analysis and improvement of business requirements and processes
- Build strong relationship with business users
- Responsibility of standardization, digitalization, automation for sales and purchasing process in SAP
- Demand management and preparation of requirement documents to demand with global IT team
- Follow-up and acceptance of required solution
- Open daily ticket and incident
- Execute & coordinate user acceptance testing and assist users
- First level support for internal and external users
- Driving initiatives for improvements
What you need to make real what matters.
- Minimum 1-2 years SAP SD or MM implementations experience and support,
- Good analytical, evaluating and problem-solving abilities,
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others,
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language,
Skills, Education And Experience
- A bachelor degree in IT or similar fields
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar position
- Profound knowledge of SAP; experience in working as SAP Key Expert
- Proficient in English
