- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Keep accurate and timely pipeline records and update the CRM.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Lead the day-to-day client relationship and support Ops team handling client onboarding & order fulfillment.
- Follow escalation procedures for critical issues and work closely with the internal operation team.
- Follow sales and business development practices across fintech and implement a routine to manage all dedicated accounts.
- Create frequent reviews and share sales reports.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve targets.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Skill-Set (job-specific technical skills and behavioral competencies needed)
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a tool to generate leads and reach out to key prospects.
- Familiarity with the gift card industry or experience in selling similar products/services.
- Excellent cold calling and sales prospecting skills.
- Good commercial acumen with an understanding of the clients’ procurement process.
