Job Description

- Accountable to deliver excellence in customer service ensuring great moments for everyone, every day.
- Responsible to drive sales and performance to achieve Salon sales targets.
- Management of the beauty team, inclusive of performance management, daily delegation of tasks and operational duties.
- Understand the customer requirements and provide expert experience to meet and exceed expectations.
- Follow all service standards and department policies and procedures, clearly communicating these to direct reports and ensuring implementation.
- Ensures timely and professional resolution of any customer related challenges and/or concerns.
- Ensures departmental compliance with regards to inventory control, loss prevention, risk management and security.
- Motivate the team to up-sell, cross-sell and pre-sell services and products
REQUIREMENTS
- High school certificate
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a Salon environment
- Excellent to Fluent English
- Beauty Experience is a Must
