Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or financial Analysis or a similar role
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company
- Ability to manage and prioritize projects and delegate tasks appropriately
- Analytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data to further
- Develop, recommend and implement solutions
- Technologically savvy, familiarity with google suite a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
