3 - 5 years' experience in change management to support the application of new learning, new ways of working, behaviours, and the adoption of new technologies and data usage
Experience in planning and designing the change management approaches that guide the change activities required to effectively transition the organisation.
Experience of delivering change management components and activities
Ability to review and interpret data to create a comprehensive change management approach.
Strong understanding and application of change management methodologies (Adkar, Prosci, Kotter's Change Management Model)
Experience of communication and engagement approaches
