Job Description

Job Title: Deputy General Manager Construction

Job Summary:


We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Deputy Manager in the construction industry with 7 to 10 years of handson experience. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to plan execute and finalize projects according to established deadlines budgets and quality standards.
  • Supervise and lead project teams providing guidance motivation and support to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure construction projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor project budgets expenses and financial performance taking corrective actions as needed to ensure projects remain within budget constraints.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery ensuring proactive measures are taken to address challenges.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients keeping them informed about project progress changes and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations codes and safety standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the construction management process.

    Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • 7 to 10 years of proven experience in the building construction industry emphasizing project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of construction processes materials and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • InDepth knowledge of Villa Construction (AZ)
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently.
