CNC Operator for Prototyping

Key Accountabilities: • Develop test plans for parts/assemblies through development, qualification and acceptance testing • Consult with design team to define test conditions and test methods during the product lifecycle • Evaluate the performance of mechanical equipment against set performance requirements. (Analyzing tested structures, fluid systems, and mechanisms for positive margin.) • Influence and improve designs based on testing and interpretation of results; • Define instrumentation for test setup, analyzing responses and correlating with analysis/predictions • Design test jigs/stand/equipment concepts and authorize fabrication drawings, wiring schematics, and instrumentation lists
