Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for a variety of AC systems, including Chillers, Split AC, and Package units.
Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system issues, and perform necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and analyze AC system parameters to identify potential problems and implement corrective measures.
Work on maintenance requests from tenants and assigned duties by the supervisor.
Ensure routine cleaning of fan coil units and air-handling unit filters, chillers, etc.
Check on the performance of air-conditioning and chill water systems.
Overhauling of air-conditioning equipment and system.
