Responsibilities
- Collect policies and practices, both global and local, for review & synthesis
- Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests by working with HR Analytics and HRIS globally.
- Write business, functional, and technical requirements as needed for documentation, testing, and other purposes.
- Create presentations and Excel analyses.
- Work directly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Follow up and influence others to help achieve positive project outcomes.
- Proactively recognize and communicate issues.
