Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor production teams, including supervisors, technicians, and operators. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Value Stream Management: Optimize production workflows, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and ISO 13485 requirements. Implement quality control measures and drive continuous improvement.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet production targets. Monitor production schedules, capacity, and resource utilization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality, and R&D) to align production goals and resolve any operational challenges.
