Job Description
Food Preparation:
Prepare chicken portions for frying, including cleaning, cutting, and marinating as necessary.
Season and coat chicken with spices, breading, or batter to enhance flavor and texture.
Ensure the proper storage and handling of raw chicken to maintain food safety standards.
Frying Expertise:
Operate and maintain deep fryers and other cooking equipment.
Monitor oil temperature and quality to ensure consistent and safe frying.
Achieve the desired level of crispiness and doneness for each batch of fried chicken.
