Create and manage purchase orders, including tracking and monitoring orders, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and verifying the accuracy of invoices and payments.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and produce periodic reports for internal purposes.
Identify and recommend cost savings opportunities.
Negotiating prices with suppliers in order to get the best possible price while maintaining high quality standards and service levels.

Managing vendor accounts.
Reviewing and approving invoices to ensure that they are accurate.
Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods.
Provide support and training to staff members as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- E-Commerce experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, are comfortable dealing with numerical data, and have strong attention to details.
- Ready to work in a fast paced start-up.
