Job Description
Telecom Project Manager
Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee current and upcoming Telecom Construction projects. The Project Manager will interface with clients and management on a daily basis with updated project status, ensure the workflow is being achieved and the milestones are being achieved efficiently, manage, direct, and lead the project team accordingly, and ensure the successful completion of all project deliverables and contract compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients, foremen, and construction managers to plan, organize, and direct activities related to all construction projects
- Communicate with key stakeholders
- estimate to determine project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within contract boundaries and specifications
- Monitor and control projects through administrative direction of on-site foremen to ensure project is complete on schedule and within budget
- Manage all project activities
- site acquisition

- pre-construction services
- architectural and engineering services
- permitting
- utility coordination
- material ordering
- construction management
- closeout packages
- Establish, manage, and control the budget
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, debriefs, progress reports, or cost-tracking reports
- Create bill of materials and examine estimates of materials, equipment, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Create and maintain strong client relations
- Communicate efficiently
- Build relationships with field employees to enhance their career paths successfully
- Lead succession planning for stream-aligned teams
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in construction, telecommunications, or civil project management
- Experience with:
- managing multiple teams at once
- managing 5 or more projects at once
- internal and external resource scheduling
- performance reviews or direct reports
- Have on of the following certifications:
- CAPM
- PMP
- PgMP
- PMI-RMP
- PMI-SP
Compensation:
- $80,000-$120,000
- Bonus Opportunity Based on Performance
