Job Description

  • Accountable for the entire recruiting life-cycle from candidate presentation to offer acceptance;
  • Facilitate international recruiting initiatives; create a good job fit with the candidate, and ensure all absolutes of international hiring while matching the candidate s credentials with the job description
  • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential candidates through a proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Ensure effective processes for recruitment, transfers and hiring, position requirements, orientation, international hiring policies and procedures, collective agreements, and job listings
  • Partner with hiring leaders within the Organization and the Client side to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches while managing client group expectations through a deep understanding of their staffing needs
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, ensure high offer-to-interview ratios, maintain good follow-up channels with the Client and the candidate
  • Participate in special projects and coordinate recruitment initiatives that support staffing efforts and ensure alignment with the organization s values, vision, and strategic objectives;
  • Provide a remarkable candidate experience at every point of contact;
  • Collaborate with the team and the Client strategically to address staffing issues, and design innovative recruitment techniques; Leverage external networking and professional associations to reinforce career opportunities;
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding initiatives to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for the candidate and the Client both
  • Contribute to other recruitment activities from time to time, including job fairs, presentations, and related activities both virtually and off-site
  • Ensure fair and equitable hiring practices
  • Facilitate hiring initiatives at both domestic and international level

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Minimum one year s experience in full end-to-end recruitment environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
  • Experience in conducting behavioral-based interviews and guiding the candidates through the process flawlessly
  • Confident with leveraging technology, especially social media for recruitment perspectives
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches for finding the right fit for any given job description
  • Expert at understanding and assessing the needs of both hiring leaders and candidates and setting expectations
  • Ability to proactively identify issues and opportunities, analyze facts and data, and develop and implement solutions to address;
  • Recognized for your remarkable organizational abilities, resilience, and capacity for adaptation in the face of ongoing change or ambiguity
