• Manage market research projects from start to finish, including scoping, design, implementation, and analysis.
  
• Analyze market research data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for clients.
  
• Develop strategic recommendations based on research findings and present these recommendations to clients.
  
• Lead and mentor junior analysts in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing reports.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client service, business development, and operations.
  
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies in market research.
  
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in market research, with a focus on quantitative research methods.
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
  
• Experience in managing market research projects from start to finish.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Familiarity with market research methodologies and techniques.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills.
