We are looking for a Senior Market Research Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Market Research Analyst, you will be responsible for managing market research projects, analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations to clients. You will also provide mentorship and leadership to junior analysts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in market research, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage market research projects from start to finish, including scoping, design, implementation, and analysis.
- Analyze market research data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for clients.
- Develop strategic recommendations based on research findings and present these recommendations to clients.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts in conducting research, analyzing data, and developing reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client service, business development, and operations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies in market research.
- Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and presentations.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in market research, with a focus on quantitative research methods.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, or R.
- Experience in managing market research projects from start to finish.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies and techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
