Project Manager Job Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have experience achieving operational objectives by tracking projects from inception to completion, while responding to inbound calls from customers, field technicians or other staff.
- Prepares and completes action plans for each project that involves arranging a site survey, installation and post technical support and follows to completion.
- Support customer requests to migrate POTs services to a VOIP service.
- Coordinates every aspect of the on-site client visit, from confirming site visits with the client and the field technician, ordering and ensuring the equipment is on-site, documenting all costs of project and following up with the client.
- Tracks installation from assigning, scheduling and interacting with Field Service Technicians, Build Team, internal staff and clients.
- Schedule telephone numbering porting and turn up of services, including vendor management as needed.
- Meets cost standards by monitoring expenses for projects and implementing cost-saving actions.
- Documents issues that arise to bring up in meeting and collaborate with the team to come up with better work practices.
- Implements productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Resolves problems, completes audits, identifies trends, determines system improvements and collaborates with project management team to implement change.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns and answering questions.
- Organize projects, document information and manage files of projects.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Two to three years experience as a project manager.
- Strong work ethic, customer service skills and conflict resolution skills.

- Experience or knowledge of order processing.
- Experience coordinating technical and non-technical aspects of a job.

- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), advanced spreadsheet skills, and related applications.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in business with an emphasis in project management or related field or equivalent related experience.
Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9 am 5 pm however requires flexibility handling clients throughout the U.S. and Canada with various time zone considerations. Specific work schedule will be discussed.
This position is hybrid, mostly remote and in the office as required by the business unit.
