Role:
10-12 years experience in an advertising agency, Web/Digital Experience highly relevant
Should have a command on developing digital strategies for brands and online behavior
Past experience in Media, agency, or brand management background essential.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on strategic brand building opportunities.
Should be well versed with current online platforms and how to leverage them for brands
Establish and maintain planning systems and processes. Develop, implement, and monitor systems for planning.
Drive teamwork in every aspect of the business
Ability to achieve and grow both client and internal targets including brand, revenue, awards, etc.
Manage and mentor team to grow and nurture their skills
Develop deep understanding of how to field, interpret and apply quantitative research and culminate insights
Confident to have client conversations and pitches
Experience in working in FMCG, especially personal care, will be very useful to have.
