Job Description
YOUR TALENT:
- Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree in Commerical Law or similar field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in a law firm or inhouse
- Knowledge in Trademark Law and other IP-related Laws
- Awareness of and interest in current landscape of IP Laws and Case Law
- Very good communication and presentation skills, as well as good MS-Office skills
- Fluent in English (both orally and in writing). German, French, Spanish is considered a plus
- Strong analytical skills and good understanding of esp. the European current legal landscape
- Assertiveness, strength of character and a high level of discrection
- Proactive, approachable, reliable, confident, and flexible team player
