Job Description
We are currently hiring on behalf of one of the largest job online portal in the UAE hiring for a Customer Success Executive to join their team.
In this role the candidate will:
Train employers and recruiters on the use of the platform its tools and features Understand clients staffing needs and ensure they find relevant profiles to contact for interview and hiring Support clients HR teams by posting jobs for them or conducting searches on the database Prompt and encourage clients to make maximum use of the subscription packages Regularly update the CRM system with the latest developments on each client Collaborate closely with account managers to support renewals and revenue expansion opportunities Work with the product team to translate client feedback into enhancements to the platform Contribute to other activities in the firm as needed including admin HR or talent acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in any field
- Must have minimum 12 years experience in HR Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
- Fluency in English
- Srong Client Service Skills
- Experience in consulting with clients at all levels
- Strong verbal and written communication / telephone skills
- Experiene working in a highpressure environmen with KPI targets

4+ years of demonstrated experience in manual QA testing with analysing requirements, executing and documenting tests and performing automated, tool-driven testing scenarios Experience in API testing skills in Arabic contexts Able to communicate in Arabic (Proficiency level - B1 and above) Verify and sign off all product releases Post release sanity checks and testing experience is a must Proven ability to take direction, but work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders. Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources Knowledge of SQL Querying skill is must Should have experience in API testing using Postman. Strong knowledge in Web-Based application testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Must be experienced in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Hands-on experience with both white and black box testing. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Experience with performance/or and security testing is a huge plus. Experience with load testing is a huge plus.
